Weekly Assessment

The purpose of assessing ourselves is to identify progress and areas we want to improve. The following assessment isn't meant to be a comprehensive breakdown of every aspect of your life, but it does give a broad overview of the 7 most important areas of life. As you review each of these, give yourself a score, and take notes about what is working as well as any goals you'd like to set. You will receive a copy of your results so watch for that and be sure to keep it on file.
